What does Tribecad™ sell?
Tribecad™ offers selected home lighting products, including wall lights, ceiling fixtures, pendant lights, floor lamps, mirror cabinet lights, sensor lights, and indoor accent lighting.

Are all products for indoor use?
Many products are intended for indoor dry locations. A product should only be used outdoors or in damp areas if the product page clearly states that the item is suitable for that environment.

Do the lights include bulbs?
Bulb inclusion depends on the product. Some products use integrated LED lighting, while others require compatible bulbs. Please check each product page for light source, bulb base, and wattage information.

What should I check before ordering?
Please review voltage, power source, bulb base, maximum wattage, installation type, product size, recommended room, and indoor/outdoor suitability before purchase.

Do I need professional installation?
Plug-in products are usually simple to set up. Hardwired ceiling lights, wall lights, pendant lights, mirror cabinet lights, and mounted fixtures should be installed by a qualified professional.

Can I return a light after installing it?
Installed, wired, used, altered, scratched, damaged, missing-parts, or incomplete products may not qualify for return. Please inspect the item before installation.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact service@tribecad.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue.

How long does order processing take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after order confirmation.

How long does delivery take?
Most packages arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier service, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions.

Will tracking be provided?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
