Shipping Policy

Tribecad™ processes and ships eligible orders to available delivery regions. Shipping timelines may be affected by stock status, delivery location, carrier handling, holidays, weather, or other factors that are not fully controlled by our store.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–5 business days after the order is confirmed. Weekend and holiday processing may be limited.

Delivery Estimate

Once shipped, most orders are expected to arrive within 10–20 business days. This timeframe is an estimate only and may change due to carrier or local delivery conditions.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Please confirm your order total and shipping details before placing the order.

Tracking Notice

If tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent by email. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after the package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address. Missing details, wrong postal codes, or unavailable delivery locations may cause delays or delivery failure. Address changes may not be possible once the order is being processed.

Package Concerns

If your order is delayed, damaged, missing items, or marked delivered but not received, please contact service@tribecad.com with your order number and tracking details. For damaged packages, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label should be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

Tribecad™ will help review shipping concerns where possible, but carrier delays, address errors, weather disruptions, and local delivery restrictions may be outside our control.
