Return Policy
Tribecad™ accepts return requests for eligible items within 14 days after delivery. To request a return, customers must contact us first at service@tribecad.com and provide the order number, product name, and reason for the request.
Returned items must remain in original, unused condition. Lighting products must be uninstalled, unwired, undamaged, complete, clean, and returned with the original packaging. All included accessories, such as screws, brackets, mounting plates, glass panels, shades, adapters, cables, remotes, bulbs, manuals, and other parts, must be included.
A return request may be declined if the product:
- Has been installed, mounted, wired, used, or modified
- Is scratched, cracked, stained, broken, incomplete, or missing accessories
- Is returned without original packaging or required parts
- Was damaged due to improper installation, incorrect handling, unsuitable placement, or misuse
- Was sent back without prior return approval
- Was marked as final sale, clearance, customized, or special order at the time of purchase
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers should contact service@tribecad.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product, outer packaging, shipping label, and the visible issue so our team can review the case.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card provider, or payment method.
Please do not send any product back to the sender address shown on the package unless our support team confirms the correct return address in writing. Returns sent to the wrong address or returned without approval may not be accepted.
